Coaching with Biggg T
You're not stuck because you don't know what to do. You're stuck because your Can'ts are louder than your Wills.
Two ways to work with me directly. The Bear Hug is a six-week coaching engagement. The Corner is a four-month private partnership. Both are real, direct, and no-hiding. Both put me in your corner.
You are somewhere north of 40. You have built something with your life. From the outside, it looks like it should be enough. It isn't.
You have a want you have been carrying for years and a stack of reasons you can't get to it that's ten times taller than the want. You are done reading self-help books that don't move the needle. You are done nodding along to podcasts and going back to the same Monday.
The Bear Hug is for you if you are:
- A business owner or executive who has climbed the ladder and lost the reason to keep climbing.
- A founder with an idea, a stalled launch, or a company that has plateaued and won't tell you why.
- A professional standing at the fork between staying in something that pays and building something that matters.
- A parent who spent decades pouring into everyone else and now doesn't know what to pour into next.
- Someone rebuilding after a divorce, a job loss, a health scare, a wake-up call, or all of the above.
- Someone who read Punch Average in the Face and thought "I want this in my actual life, not just in a book."
The common thread isn't what you do for a living. It's that you have finally admitted, at least to yourself, that you have been running on someone else's definition of enough. You are ready to stop.
Six weeks. One-on-one. Direct with me.
- Six weekly 90-minute sessions
- Text and email access between sessions
- One person at a time. This is not group coaching, and it is not a course you consume.
Sessions happen on your schedule, not mine.
I know you have a job. I know you have a family. I know you're 40-something and the day already has more demands on it than you can meet. So the Bear Hug is built to fit into your real life. Evening sessions after work. Lunch-hour sessions during the day. Weekend mornings if that's what works. You don't take PTO to do this work. You don't reschedule your kid's soccer game. You show up when you can show up, and I meet you there.
The reason this matters is simple. Six weeks of coaching only works if you actually make all six sessions. Real change happens when the appointments stop being negotiable. Fitting the sessions into the hours you already have is how we make sure that happens.
What we work on.
Week one is your You Are Here moment. We map exactly where you actually stand right now across the areas of your life that matter. Work. Relationships. Health. Money. The way you talk to yourself. No goals yet. No plans. Just an honest look at the dot on the map. Most people have never been asked to do this with someone who won't flinch.
Weeks two through six are Stop Doing and Start Doing. We identify what you are doing that is keeping you where you are, and the smallest possible actions you can take that move you toward what you actually want. Real steps. Real accountability. Real conversations where I don't let you off the hook, because you don't need another person letting you off the hook. You need a bear hug.
By the end of six weeks you know where you stand, you know what's yours to own, and you have proof you can move.
I've been coaching people since 2009.
I've worked with CEOs, executives, business owners, and everyday people who wanted something better and needed someone who would tell them the truth to get there. I've been in the room when things had to shut down, fire up, or change directions completely. I have sat with founders who were about to lose their companies, executives who had lost their reason to keep going, and parents rebuilding their lives from scratch. Nothing you tell me will surprise me, and nothing you say will make me flinch.
Here is what I learned in 17 years of doing this work:
- Businesses don't fail. People fail their businesses by not doing what needs to be done. The same is true of marriages. The same is true of health. The same is true of your one life.
- The coaching is 80% about you and 20% about the thing you think you are trying to fix. Because the thing you are trying to fix is almost never the thing that is actually broken.
- The book explains the ideas. The Bear Hug is the ideas applied to your actual life, with someone in the ring with you.
$3,500 for six weeks.
Paid by bank transfer. In full or split into two payments.
If that number just made you tighten up, that's information. Real change costs real money because if it didn't, you would not take it seriously. I have watched too many people try to fix their lives for free and stay exactly where they were.
I am not the coach you hire when you want to feel motivated. I am the coach you hire when you are done being average and ready to spend real money on yourself to prove it. This is not a subscription. It is a decision.
To be clear on who this is not for:
- Not for people kicking tires.
- Not for people who "want to see what it's about."
- Not for people looking for a friendly voice to tell them they're doing great.
- Not for people who need to be convinced that they're worth investing in.
If you are not sure whether you are ready, you are not ready. That is fine. Come back when you are.
If you are ready, this will be the best money you have spent on yourself in years.
When six weeks isn't enough.
The Bear Hug is six weeks of direct, uncompromising work. It's the right first move for a lot of people. But some readers, some clients, and some real operators know they need more than six weeks. They're not looking for a taste. They're looking for someone in their corner for the whole fight ahead.
The Corner is a four-month private engagement with me. It's for the person building something serious, walking through a major life transition, launching or restructuring a business, or navigating a decision that will define the next five years. It's the deeper version of the Bear Hug, with the runway to actually execute.
What The Corner includes:
- Sixteen weekly 90-minute one-on-one sessions over four months
- Direct text and email access throughout the engagement
- Deeper strategic work on the specific endeavor you're building or navigating
- Full access to my judgment as a partner, not just a coach
- No strings attached. I hold no equity, take no commission, and have no financial stake in your outcome beyond your fee.
This is the closest thing to having me as a business partner without giving up any of your equity. My only stake is your success. My only job is to see what you can't see yet and tell you the truth about it.
Who The Corner is for:
You are launching something. Or you are restructuring something. Or you are standing at a fork in the road that everyone in your life is too invested in to see clearly. You need someone whose only job is your success, who has no other agenda, and who has done this work with real operators for 17 years. If that's you, The Corner is built for you.
The Investment:
$25,000 for four months.
Paid by bank transfer. Payment schedule discussed during our initial conversation, structured to fit the engagement.
How to start with The Corner:
The Corner starts with a conversation, not an application. If you think The Corner is the right level of engagement for you, use the application form below and select "The Corner" as your area of interest. I'll reach out personally to schedule a call. From there we decide together whether we're a fit and what the engagement should look like.
Coaching starts with an application, not a booking link.
I read every application myself. If we are a fit, I will reach out to schedule a discovery conversation. If we are not a fit, I will tell you and point you at what might actually help.
I take a limited number of clients at a time so every engagement gets the attention it deserves.
One last thing. There are no refunds.
I want to be straight about this before you fill out the application above.
Whether you sign up for the Bear Hug at $3,500 or The Corner at $25,000, once we start working together, the money is committed. There's no partial refund. There's no cancellation window. There's no “I changed my mind after two sessions” clause.
Here's why.
The moment you sign the agreement, the work has already started. You've told yourself and me that you're done being average. That declaration is the most important part of the whole engagement. Everything after it is execution. If we let you take that declaration back with a refund window, we cheapen it. The whole point of the money is that it moves you past the point of comfortable retreat.
If you cancel, the money doesn't come back. But it doesn't stay with me either.
Every dollar of a cancelled Bear Hug or Corner engagement is donated to Mission 4 Maureen, a foundation my family established in memory of my late first wife. Mission 4 Maureen provides financial support to families dealing with brain cancer who can no longer work and are struggling to pay their bills.
The donation is made in your name unless you request otherwise, and you receive a receipt.
If you're still in after reading this, submit the application. If you're not, thank you for reading this far. Come back when you are.
